Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and facilitate property-related transactions for the sales team.
  • Daily disbursals from the sales trust fund.
  • Monitor marketing expenditure and vendor cost recovery.
  • Collaborate with management, sales agents, and buyers/sellers as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within real estate sales trust administration.
  • Highly skilled in using sales trust software.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
