Administrative Support Role: We are seeking skilled Executive Assistants to provide high-level support to our Senior Executive Staff at the APS4 and APS5 classification levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, including diary management, resolving scheduling conflicts, and handling telephone enquiries and emails.
- Provide administrative and coordination support, including managing meetings, briefings, and events, anticipating competing commitments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the SES, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle sensitive information, maintain confidentiality, and model ethical behavior and practices consistent with the APS Code of Conduct and APS Values.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants/Executive Officers and the broader business area to achieve divisional goals and objectives.
- Provide secretariat support, including agendas, meeting minutes, and maintaining information resources to foster and support divisional goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in a previous EA or senior administration support role, managing office and diaries of one or more SES Band 1 (APS4 level) or equivalent.
- Ability to mentor and support new staff members and assist Senior Executive Assistants when required.
