Overview

Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, Physio, EP, RC or Prov Psych) role at Actevate Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW. We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and experienced allied health professional to join our well-established team as a Rehabilitation Consultant for Actevate Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from our modern office or to take advantage of our remote work options. OTE $85,000 – $110,000 per year plus super. Apply Direct and benefit from a starting bonus.

What you'll be doing
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored rehabilitation plans for clients
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services
  • Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Documenting and reporting on client progress to ensure the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs
  • Depending on your allied health background, there are opportunities to complete pre-employment health assessments, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, manual handling training and mental health training
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously improving rehabilitation processes
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the rehabilitation services offered by Actevate Pty Ltd
What we're looking for
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Provisional or Registered Psychology
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop and implement effective rehabilitation solutions
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
