We're seeking a skilled Product Specialist to drive the management of investment vehicles.

This is a multi-faceted role that involves conducting operational activities related to new product launches, restructuring, merging, closing, and other product-related changes. You will be responsible for managing activities outlined in product development and implementation processes, developing and managing product implementation plans and timelines, and establishing relationships with partners in Operations, Legal, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, etc.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to research, develop, and deliver analysis for presentations and reports to be delivered internally regarding product development and enhancements. They will also be required to create a broad range of materials for product governance meetings, including boards, as well as reports, research for senior management leveraging both internal and external data sources and contacts.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to conduct advanced research to understand competitive and internal positioning, including fees and expenses, and to provide high-level assistance and coverage to Product Managers and serve as their backup as needed.

The ideal candidate will have either CFA qualification or be undergoing the qualification, along with strong written and oral communication skills, superior PowerPoint and Excel skills, and a strong understanding of operational infrastructure related to Australian unit trusts and the investment/regulatory tax environment in Australia.

Requirements:

Work Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Sydney preferably)
