Product Manager Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and contribute to the success of our business.

About This Position

This is a multi-faceted role that requires strong technical knowledge and expertise related to investment vehicles. As a Product Manager, you will drive initiatives, provide in-depth research and analysis, and influence functions throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct operational activities related to new product launches, restructuring, merging, closing, and other product-related changes.
  • Manage activities outlined in product development and implementation processes.
  • Develop and manage product implementation plans and timelines.
  • Establish relationships with partners in Operations, Legal, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, etc. to ensure successful implementation of new or modified products.

You will be expected to create and enhance policies and procedures of products and vehicles, provide education on these policies and procedures, and manage end-to-end process reviews. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product teams to build business cases for new products or modifications to existing products.

Requirements:
  • Either CFA qualified or undergoing the qualification.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Superior PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Understanding of operational infrastructure related to Australian unit trusts.
  • Strong understanding of the investment / regulatory & tax environment in Australia.
