The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Wind Farm Operations Manager to join our team. This role provides critical on-the-ground support for safe, efficient and timely execution of site activities.
You will work closely with members of the Operations team, Construction team and HSE team to manage day-to-day wind farm site operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include serving as the local point of contact for plant outages and stakeholder engagement, ensuring compliance with site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols and company safety policies.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing day-to-day wind farm site operations and maintenance.
- Supervise site contractors and coordinate all plant field activities.
- Perform local and remote operations of the wind farm and substation, including High Voltage (HV) switching.
- Ensure compliance with site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols and company safety policies.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and monitor operational performance metrics.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the renewable energy sector.
