Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage professional to lead our team at Mercure Perth on Hay.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional Guest Experience.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing leadership for your team, and recruiting, training, and welcoming new F&B team members.

  • Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience is essential.
  • Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to extend yourself to assisting your colleagues where needed.
  • Flexible with hours – able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
