Food and Beverage Expert

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage expert to join our team. As an F&B expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the restaurant service period, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Provide a friendly and genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily.
  • Understand traveller's requirements and create classic and timeless experiences.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • An up-to-date RSA certificate.
  • Have or willing to obtain both a Food safety certificate and Allergen Awareness certificate.
