About this role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled F&B Supervisor to join our team.

This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and promoting sales growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in a similar hospitality role, with a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding targets.

A degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality or a related field would be highly regarded.

Other essential requirements include the ability to work weekends, late nights, early mornings, and public holidays with flexibility required, as well as carrying a tray of drinks and carrying a minimum of three plates.

Additionally, you must maintain current RSA certification, hold an approved Managers Card, and exhibit a bright and bubbly personality.
