Dynamic F&B Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage professional to lead our team at the forefront of F&B service excellence. As a well-rounded leader, you will have the opportunity to drive sales growth and bring your skills to various F&B outlets within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The efficient delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences that meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Supervise and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings and optimize F&B sales.
  • E nsure all service areas and equipment are impeccably clean and organized.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues, customer complaints, and enquiries.
  • Accurately account for revenue generated during shifts, with daily activities balanced through thorough cash/charge summaries.
  • Operate within relevant outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines, as well as House Management Policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, with a strong track record of team development and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
  • In-depth knowledge of beer, wine, contemporary, and classic cocktails.
  • Barista and coffee-making skills.
  • High standards of grooming and personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
  • Possession of an Approved Manager licence is highly desirable.
