Korn Ferry is seeking a highly skilled Director of Implementation to lead the successful implementation of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions for our clients in the Asia and ANZ regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation of RPO solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Lead a team of experienced professionals to execute local, regional, and global implementations.
- Develop and implement effective communications, change management, risk mitigation, and training program strategies.
- Support and provide input into sales and pre-sales activities, including RFI/RFP content, client presentations, and meetings.
- Extensive experience in project management, talent acquisition, and implementation of RPO solutions.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition technologies, including ATS, HRIS, and onboarding systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex RPO implementations, delivering exceptional client satisfaction, and leading an experienced team.
- Ability to travel up to 50% annually.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years related experience.
