Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to lead the transition of internal & customer services, including project creation, service provisioning and order management.
  • This role will involve working closely with clients to define project scope and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to process standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  2. Manage project implementation in accordance with service delivery guidelines and client contractual agreements.
  3. Interface with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Assign individual responsibilities and develop schedules for timely completion of projects.
  5. Serve as a single point of contact for clients and sales during service implementation and client transition.
  6. Conduct project kick-off meetings and maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams.
  7. Ensure adherence to process standards and maintain reports on project status.
  8. Resolve issues promptly and escalate as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent certification.

Education And Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • ITIL Foundations Certification.

Work Environment:

This role requires the ability to work core UK office hours, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Malaysia Time, with flexibility to work outside of core hours (including weekends) where required.
