Stronger Customer Relationships Specialist

Bunnings Frame and Truss are now seeking a highly driven individual to work in our busy Frame & Truss Support Office. With significant investment in our F&T operations, excellent training and development strategies, plus future growth opportunities across the Bunnings Group, now is an ideal time to join the team.
As a Customer Engagement Team Lead, your role will be to coach and develop our high performing Customer Engagement Team across all Frame & Truss Sites. You will create and manage stronger customer focused processes for your team while liaising with residential builder clients, Bunnings Account Managers, and F&T support teams to action feedback, support our commercial sales strategy, and streamline the F&T sales process.
You will be liaising daily with clients from the Quoting stage of Frame and Truss products through to the delivery of finished goods to building sites. A proactive approach is encouraged to build a strong long-term partnership with our Building Customers while identifying future opportunities for key areas of the Bunnings Commercial business.
