Early Childhood Development Specialist

As a children’s educator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs that promote the overall development of children. This includes planning engaging activities, preparing resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs.
You will also be expected to work closely with other educators to ensure seamless program delivery and achieve the centre’s goals.
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning frameworks
- Establish positive relationships with children and their families through open communication
- Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting programs accordingly
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
- Significant experience working in a childcare setting, preferably in an educator or leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of child development theories, learning principles, and behaviour management strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
