Requirements:

- The ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership to others is vital, promoting a culture of mutual respect and support.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children is fundamental to this role, reflecting a passion for early childhood education and care.
- Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis are mandatory, ensuring the educator can respond effectively in emergency situations.
