About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Early Talent Coordinator to support our campus recruitment team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our network of schools, university faculties, and societies to promote our employee value proposition and increase awareness of our diverse range of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of our graduate hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and campus visits to engage with potential talent
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices to ensure we remain competitive
  • Analyze the performance of our events and university partnerships to provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
