About this Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Care Advisor to join our team in Central Coast. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand within the local community.

This challenging yet rewarding role will see you responsible for the initial enquiry experience for potential new clients and other stakeholders' service requests while developing and maintaining positive relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Dovida services consultatively to prospective clients, gaining commitment and making recommendations that best benefit the client
  • Coordinate and organize care consultations to discover client needs and ensure we provide the best possible solution
  • Follow up on all client leads and referrals, including answering client or client family members' enquiries to assist them find the most suitable home care option for their needs and circumstances
  • Navigate the community to promote the Dovida brand and generate service enquiries by engaging and building relationships with our referral partner network across Central Coast

About You:

  • Previous experience working with seniors or aged care is essential
  • Experience with different care services and Home Care Packages is highly desirable
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services is highly advantageous
  • Strong engagement, influencing, and negotiating skills, along with effective communication
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Highly efficient and organized with proven time management skills
