We're seeking talented graduates to join our team and embark on a career journey that will shape their future with confidence.
Our Indigenous Graduate Program is designed to develop the skills and knowledge of emerging leaders from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds. The program offers a comprehensive training and development experience, tailored to equip participants with the skills and expertise required to succeed in their chosen field.
Key areas of focus include:
- Developing technical capabilities and transformative leadership skills through future-focused courses and development programs.
- Cultivating a sense of purpose and contributing to creating a positive ripple effect on teams, business, clients, and society.
- Enhancing financial wellbeing and leave benefits to cater to individual needs.
Eligibility criteria for the program include:
- Identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, or both.
- Being due to graduate from your degree in 2025 or having graduated within the past 24 months at the time of application.
Applicants are required to submit an online application, attaching their passport (or alternative ID), CV, and academic transcript. If necessary, applicants can request confidential support from our First Nations Recruitment team.
Once applications are reviewed, successful candidates may be invited to an interview or Recruitment Day. We'll guide you through this process with as much or as little support as needed.
