- Design and implement customized return-to-work plans that focus on employee well-being and resilience.
- Engage with workplaces to identify areas for improvement and promote a culture of inclusivity and safety.
- Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
- Be registered with a relevant professional association.
- Possess full working rights and a valid Australian driver's license.
