Main Responsibilities:- Supporting young people to develop life skills, connect with education, and participate in their communities.
- Participating in planning and delivery of structured activities and implementing household routines.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, ensuring the best possible outcomes for young people.
- Recording and tracking children and young people's progress, goals, and milestones.
- Aiding young people in achieving permanency, providing them with a stable home environment.
