This is a unique opportunity to work with individuals and make a positive impact in their lives. Our team provides support, advocacy, and assistance in accessing community services.
- Support participants in developing life skills and independence through structured programs and activities
- Monitor participants' progress and outcomes as well as maintain accurate records of participant interactions
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other service providers to ensure coordinated support for participants
Our ideal candidate will have:
- At minimum, a Certificate IV in Community Services, Disability, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in community services or disability support
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and community service sector
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- Competitive salary range of $73,300 to $77,000 per year (exclusive of superannuation)
