Leadership Opportunity for Childcare Professionals

We are seeking a skilled and passionate leader to join our team as an OSHClub Coordinator at Quarry Hill. This permanent, part-time role offers 29.25 hours per week, including non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills.

The successful candidate will lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. Key responsibilities include creating and leading a dynamic, child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts, and taking full ownership of the team's roster, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and handling admin tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication skills, a natural ability to guide a team, and a passion for supporting children's development. You will also have a relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA and Australian work rights.
