About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Selections Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our Residential Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in tile selection to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on tile selection, including product knowledge and design expertise
  • Work closely with our major residential builders to ensure seamless tile selection process
  • Manage administrative tasks related to product selection, including record keeping and paperwork
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and builders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Colour Consultant and interior Designer with a passion for customer relationship management and consultation
  • Previous experience dealing with builders and a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong administrative skills, including time management and appointment scheduling
  • Tile product knowledge and design qualifications are considered an advantage
