Enrolment Services Officer Role OverviewThe Enrolment Services Officer is a vital position within the education sector, responsible for delivering efficient and responsive enrolment services. The role involves administering enrolment correspondence, documents, and information, as well as providing timely and sensitive responses to clients and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be responsible for:
  • Administering and monitoring enrolment correspondence, documents, and information;
  • Providing accurate and timely information and sensitive responses to clients and stakeholders;
  • Guiding and supporting team members in their roles;
  • Maintaining and monitoring data and records management systems;
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reporting;
  • Undertaking capacity monitoring in relation to the availability of schools for international students.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
  • No essential qualifications required;
  • A desirable skill: ability to speak a language other than English.
BenefitsThis full-time 3-year contract role offers:
  • A salary range of ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 per annum (1.0 FTE);
  • Superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
Additional InformationThe successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check prior to being employed, which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
