Enrolment Journey Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in crafting a warm and engaging experience for families, guiding them through the enrolment process and ensuring every interaction is welcoming and relational.


Key Responsibilities
  • Guide families through the enrolment process, fostering a positive and personalised experience at every touchpoint.
  • Build relationships with families and the local community, coordinating events and cultivating connections with alumni.
  • Promote a Christ-centred school environment by being organised, proactive, and passionate about serving families.

Qualifications
  • A personal commitment to the Christian faith.
  • A committed member of a local church congregation that adheres to the TVACE Educational Creed and the Nicene Creed.
  • An expectation of being personally committed to the school's mission, vision, and statement of faith.
  • A desire to contribute to and promote a harmonious and co-operative team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including a heart for customer service.
