Key Responsibilities

  • Install Staircases: Install a variety of timber staircases based on blueprints and specifications.
  • Ensure Precision: Complete installations accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Site Preparation: Inspect and prepare sites before starting work.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any installation challenges.
  • Maintain Safety: Keep a clean, safe work environment at all times.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Background in joinery or carpentry.
  • Experience building, manufacturing or installing staircases, essential.
  • Certification in carpentry, cabinet making, joinery, or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • A White Card (construction induction).
  • Personal tools of the trade.
  • National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical prior to commencement. Costs of the medical are covered by Stair Lock.
