We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant/Sleep Coach. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve better sleep health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone.
  • Investigate and resolve customer therapy issues, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Set up and maintain customer equipment to ensure optimal therapy performance.
  • Fit customers for masks and recommend the most suitable options based on training and expertise.
  • Offer advice on the safe and effective use of medical equipment.
  • Sell new or additional services over the phone, following up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion.
  • Maintain the retail premises and displays in good condition.
  • Handle payments, balance float, and bank as required.
  • Manage trial and sales stock, reordering as necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain compassion.
  • Strong customer service and sales focus, with a commitment to finding the best outcome for each customer.
  • Administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
