Digital Content Creator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and diversified content for our new IDP website and student experience.

Working closely with the Digital Content Specialist, you will produce and implement high-impact content across the student journey stages, ensuring it effectively guides and supports students to make informed decisions about their study abroad choices.

This full-time 6-month fixed term opportunity is based out of Melbourne, reporting to the Head of Digital - Social and Content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Create IDP content that educates students while building brand awareness, engagement, and trust.
  • Transform written content into visually appealing, easy-to-grasp content that drives click-throughs and conversions.
  • Utilise customer research to inform your customer insight and content deliverables.

Benefits:

  • Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns and website content, enhancing quality with video editing software.
  • Craft persuasive and on-brand copy for different marketing materials, resonating with the target audience.

Collaboration and Analytics:

  • Lead the web content calendar, content production schedule, and budget.
  • Align with social media teams to execute.
  • Deliver transparent quarterly content planning.
  • Work with SEOs to include keyword research across all content assets and types.

Brand Guidelines:

  • Support the development and implementation of the IDP brand and content guidelines.
  • Maintain simple guidelines that raise the bar and quality of our voice and brand expression.
