Key Social Media Content Creator Role

We're seeking an imaginative and innovative Key Social Media Content Creator to spearhead our expansion into captivating real-life video content on existing and future channels.

This exciting role involves conceptualizing, filming, editing, and delivering attention-grabbing content across key social media platforms. You'll work closely with the Marketing team, Brand Partnerships, and Creative teams to engage youth through innovative storytelling.

  • Develop captivating real-life short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
  • Transform briefs from brands and senior leadership into engaging, social-first content aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage the complete social content production process from ideation to posting, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Stay updated on cultural trends, quickly adapting them into relevant, authentic content.
  • Identify and leverage storytelling opportunities to boost audience engagement and effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Create visual and written social content, including graphics, tiles, and impactful short-form copy (Independently or via briefing internal graphic designers/creative team members).
  • Closely collaborate with creative, marketing, and community management teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a clear, appealing, and consistent tone that resonates with target audiences.
  • Coordinate with production teams to capture spontaneous and planned moments for maximum engagement.
  • Monitor content performance, using analytics to optimize and refine strategies continuously.
Your Expertise:

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A proven track record of creating engaging short-form social video content for high-profile brands or digital platforms.
  • Strong skills in video filming and editing, preferably with iPhone and tools like CapCut.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities tailored to diverse social media platforms and young audiences.
  • Proficiency with social media posting tools.
  • A deep understanding of Gen Alpha and Gen Z cultural trends and how to creatively engage these audiences.
  • High organizational skills, capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects with attention to detail.
