Job Title

A dynamic team leader is sought to oversee and mentor a group of accountants and administrative staff, promoting collaboration and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in policy development, staff management, financial budgeting, process improvements, and technology integration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading teams or managing practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in payroll, recruitment, and office procedures.
  • Proficiency in Xero, Karbon, and Practice Ignition.
