About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Stryker Australia Pty Ltd team in Northern NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business in hospitals and aged care facilities by building strong customer relationships, providing tailored clinical solutions, and demonstrating long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to promote and sell Stryker Vocera products to meet customer needs.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory.
  • Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships through the C-suite to build trust and close deals.
  • Ensure positive communication and collaboration with key internal partners and teams; use corporate resources effectively to maximize success of your territory.
  • Provide excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of successful direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as technology, software, services, medical devices, wireless communications, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Executive presence and influencing skills; excellent negotiation and the ability to close sales.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels.
  • Solid understanding of communication technology trends and industry dynamics in healthcare.
  • Ability to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas.
