Senior Director of Compliance

The Director of Quality Assurance will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. This includes developing policies and procedures, conducting audits, and reporting on performance metrics to leadership and the governing body.
">- Coordinate the development of annual program and department work plans, incorporating agency strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Report on performance metrics to leadership and the governing body
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory oversight experience in a nonprofit or human services setting
- Experience with accreditation processes strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory experience required
