Compliance Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compliance efforts. As Compliance Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our compliance framework.

This position requires a strategic leader with 10+ years of compliance experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of U.S. financial regulations and experience working with sponsor banks or in a BaaS environment.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills is required to influence at all levels. You will be responsible for:

  • Architecting and leading our Compliance Management System;
  • Providing guidance on complex problems as a thought leader;
  • Serving as the primary compliance liaison with sponsor banks;
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to build compliance policies and procedures;
  • Monitoring and interpreting regulatory changes affecting credit card management and servicing;
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of a customer-centric complaint management system.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of compliance experience in fintech, banking, or financial services;
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. financial regulations;
  • Experience working with sponsor banks or in a BaaS environment;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to influence at all levels.
