Job Title:
Director of Quality

About the Role:
The Director of Quality is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with regulatory standards. This includes developing policies and procedures, conducting audits, and reporting on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate annual program and department work plans
  • Develop and deliver training
  • Facilitate data review and analysis
  • Provide leadership to support the effectiveness of the Operational Excellence and Risk Management Team

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory oversight experience in a nonprofit or human services setting. Experience with COA or similar accreditation process is strongly preferred.
