Job Title:

A leading law firm seeks a Senior Client Consultant to join their team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. This is a full-time opportunity, however, they are open to part-time and flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct first client appointments with potential clients to determine if the matter is viable for legal action.
  • Provide accurate initial legal advice and offer a Legal Cost Agreement as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to deliver improved conversion and client satisfaction outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure viability of matters, clear client handovers, and stay up-to-date on changes in law and legal process.
  • Develop innovative solutions and adopt new technology to enhance process effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Post-admission experience (5+ years) as a Personal Injury Lawyer, preferably in Public Liability or Work and Road.
  • Expert knowledge and passion for Personal Injury law, particularly in Public Liability or Work and Road.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in effective networking and relationship management.
  • Previous experience in managing a high volume of files.
  • Experience in mentoring junior lawyers or support staff.
