Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

This exciting position offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our client journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless transitions, and ongoing support that exceeds expectations.

  • Lead the onboarding and transition process for new clients, providing a positive and professional experience.
  • Assist our accounting team in follow-up communications to gather required information for tax return preparations.
  • Manage workflow functions to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive prompt, accurate service.
  • Provide quotes for retainer agreements and explain service offerings to clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, building strong relationships and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
  • Support clients with general inquiries and proactively identify opportunities for added value.
