Join our SCA Shepparton Sales team as a Senior Account Manager, where your success—and the success of those you lead—is at the heart of everything we do.
What does your day to day look like?- Leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and professional growth.
- Delivering exceptional customer service through tailored presentations, proactive client-focused selling, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Proactively prospecting new clients and consistently achieving and exceeding sales and market share targets within your allocated portfolio of Agency clients.
- Maintaining and growing client portfolios across both Agency and Direct businesses, identifying marketing challenges and collaborating on innovative solutions.
- Building strong relationships, staying updated on SCA products, and implementing strategic plans to achieve team and individual revenue goals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage, influence, and lead both clients and team members.
- Proven experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximize value for clients and the business.
- 3-5 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
