We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services & Administrator to join our growing firm.

About the Role:
This exciting position offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our client journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless transitions, and ongoing support that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding and transition process for new clients, providing a positive and professional experience
- Assist our accounting team in follow-up communications to gather required information for tax return preparations
- Manage workflow functions to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive prompt, accurate service
- Provide quotes for retainer agreements and explain service offerings to clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact, building strong relationships and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery
- Support clients with general inquiries and proactively identify opportunities for added value

- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within an accounting or professional services environment
