About the Role:

This exciting position offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our client journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless transitions, and ongoing support that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the onboarding and transition process for new clients, providing a positive and professional experience
2. Assist our accounting team in follow-up communications to gather required information for tax return preparations
3. Manage workflow functions to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive prompt, accurate service
4. Provide quotes for retainer agreements and explain service offerings to clients
5. Serve as a primary point of contact, building strong relationships and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
6. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery
7. Support clients with general inquiries and proactively identify opportunities for added value

3. Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within an accounting or professional services environment
