We are seeking a talented Technology Solutions Architect to join our team at Challenger Limited, a leading investment management firm.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in IT Architecture and be familiar with IT infrastructure systems. You'll be highly motivated, organised and can build trusted relationships.

We're looking for someone who is driven to make a difference and is passionate about delivering technology solutions that meet business needs.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Aligning technology solutions with business strategy and objectives;
  • Providing guidance on technology solutions that advance business objectives;
  • Contributing to the overarching enterprise architecture strategy;
  • Promoting and upholding enterprise architecture best practices;
  • Collaborating with our technology partner on the roadmap to the target state;
  • Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance regulations during changes;
  • Managing vendor relationships for optimal collaboration;
  • Ensuring effective change management and collaborating with product owners and the technology partner to ensure change initiatives provide business value and strategic alignment.

You'll also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, including flexibility on when and how parental leave is taken, discretionary bonus scheme, eighteen weeks paid leave for all new parents, and extra superannuation contributions.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
