Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation of medical equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to ensure seamless delivery of customer support services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical equipment technologies and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices in customer support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering or a related field, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of medical equipment technologies and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. electronics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering) preferred.
