About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex Workers Compensation claims
  • Work closely with stakeholders including employers, brokers, medical professionals, legal providers, and injured workers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships with peers, customers, and business partners
