We have been proudly serving Australians since 1928. We provide emergency aeromedical and allied health services for people in regional, rural, and remote Australia. Our goal is to improve the health and wellbeing of our rural communities by creating opportunities for them to access essential primary healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate stakeholder data and support CRM integrity through collaboration with the data team.
  • Provide administrative support across reports, event calendars, onboarding materials, and general office coordination.
  • Manage financial processes including reconciliations, invoice handling, and system entries across Raiser's Edge NXT and Tech-1.
  • Support prospecting efforts through desktop research, tracking tools, and maintaining updated contact and partnership records.
  • Assist with reporting and planning by compiling dashboards, assembling funding proposal materials, and preparing committee/board documentation.
Requirements
  • Relevant skills, experience, and qualifications in fundraising, business administration, data management, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Satisfactory completion of safety screening, including a current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.
