Warehouse/Storeperson Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business as a Warehouse/Storeperson in our highly motivated branch. You will have the chance to develop and grow your skills in warehousing, working with well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders for pickup, delivery or dispatch
  • Organise dispatch for both local and interstate freight
  • Receiving incoming freight including stock orders, and receipting into inventory system
  • Putting away incoming stock and assigning to pending customer orders
  • Liaising with multiple courier companies and adhering to courier pick up deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and functional warehouse
  • Local parts delivery and collection when required

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • A safety focus, with a positive attitude and drive to succeed in the role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use of computer programs (outlook, excel, word)
  • The ability to work well under pressure and be a team player
  • A forklift licence (recommended but not essential)
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and provide a Police Clearance
