Senior F&B Operations Manager

The position of Food and Beverage Manager involves overseeing the coordination and operational requirements of food and beverage outlets, as well as conference and event venues.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifying revenue growth opportunities in all food and beverage departments with a focus on core performance metrics such as spend per cover and capture rates.
- Maintaining adequate control systems for stock management, inventory requisition, and expenditure to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Analyzing departmental profit and loss statements, including formulation of key performance indicators such as food spend per cover, beverage spend per cover, and capture rates.
- Developing and implementing staff rosters, ensuring wage costs align with financial forecasts and budgets.
- Fostering a highly engaged and driven work culture that prioritizes performance management, team development, and retention.
- Leadership skills to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to manage finances and identify areas for improvement.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
