About the Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated administrator to contribute to our team. This contract position offers an opportunity to enhance access, efficiency, and safety across the land transport network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in delivering road safety, registration, and driver licensing business transformation projects.
  • Adhere to best practice program/project management principles.
  • Independently handle assigned activities, ensuring quality and meeting agreed timeframes.
  • Provide program/project or business support activities, including preparing reports, updating databases, and managing financial activities.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and briefing notes of medium complexity.
  • Maintain effective relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
  • Proven experience in program/project support or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with public sector practices and procedures is advantageous.
