Global People Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on people topics including performance management, employee relations, and diversity awareness
- Support management in absence, disciplinary, and grievance meetings
- Interpret and advise on relevant employment legislation
- Ensure effective recruitment and talent management strategies are in place
- Develop practical people strategies and initiatives with line managers to address business objectives
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Australian employment law at a federal and state level
- Proven experience in generalist HR/People roles in an expanding business
- Experience working across white/blue collar and/or unionised environments
- Able to communicate effectively at all employee levels
- Relationship management and people management skills
Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 depending on experience
- Flexible working hours to support 24/7 business operation
