Job Overview

Working as a Kitchen Assistant, you will be an integral part of our culinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and preparation areas, operating dishwashing machines efficiently, and following strict cleaning schedules and proper waste disposal procedures.

You will also assist with receiving, sorting, and storing stock accurately, ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and properly maintained at all times, and report maintenance needs promptly.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role requiring stamina, energy, and resilience. Candidates must be comfortable with standing for long periods, lifting equipment safely, and working in a fast-paced environment effectively. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
