Job Description:

Establishing and strengthening relationships with industry stakeholders, government entities, and across VET and Higher Education programs is a key focus for this dynamic manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Trades and Engineering Technologies, the Manager will provide vision, leadership, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.

This includes fostering innovative learning and assessment practices.

  • Proven experience in motivating, leading, and managing high-performing and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-level planning, organisational, and complex problem-solving skills, which enable business units to achieve performance targets.
  • A proven ability to negotiate, collaborate, and foster strong relationships both internally and externally; including engagement with industry, the community, and professional networks.

The successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary degree or management qualification and/or trade qualifications or equivalent experience and currency.
