The role involves promoting products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and processing claims in line with set procedures and policies.
You will be responsible for fostering great relationships with customers and stakeholders, showcasing company values and products.
The ideal candidate will have claims experience, although exceptional call centre/customer service experience and a keen willingness to learn can also be beneficial.
You will be working closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including customers, agents, organizations, and partnerships.
- Promote QBE's products and services through fostering great relationships with customers and stakeholders, showcasing our QBEDNA and company values
- Provide an exceptional operational and customer service experience for diverse internal and external stakeholders including our customers, Elders Agent, organisations, and partnerships
- Process claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring that claims are documented correctly, and resolved with a prompt and effective outcome
- Deliver high quality customer service and develop a good working relationship with all customers and service providers
- Manage claims using the appropriate external and internal specialists to achieve the settlement outcome efficiently and effectively
- Enhance and develop your own technical expertise and participate in professional development and training where required
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a highly supportive approach, and a passion for making a difference and helping people in their time of need.
- Previous experience within insurance claims is highly advantageous although not mandatory
- Previous inbound call centre customer service experience
