About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the management of vehicles within various product lines, ensuring timely servicing and maintenance. The role involves working closely with the fleet team to resolve warranty matters, COI, and BHSL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring availability through various product lines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle servicing and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the fleet team on warranty claims, COI, and BHSL-related matters.
  • Coordinate the preparation of vehicles for sale or rental.
  • Ensure the carpark remains organized and tidy.
  • Organize cleaning and rental preparation schedules for vehicles.
  • Work with smash repairers to expedite repairs.
  • Transport vehicles between dealerships and other locations.
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections with corporate partners.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Relevant experience in stock control or logistics.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Fleet Systems Management.
  • A valid full motor vehicle license.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical principles or motor vehicle systems.
